Signature Sausage Yorkshire Pudding Wrap
This signature sausage Yorkshire pudding wrap is a bold and comforting twist on a classic British favourite. A large, golden Yorkshire pudding forms the wrap, filled with juicy sausages, roasted potatoes and vegetables, then finished with rich gravy and a touch of mustard or horseradish for extra flavour. Rolled up and served warm, it delivers all the hearty flavours of a traditional roast dinner in a fun, handheld format, making it a satisfying and indulgent option perfect for street-food style menus or a comforting grab-and-go meal.

Ingredients
Increase Portion Size
- Signature by Country Range Cumberland Sausages
- ml Country Range Gravy Granules
- cup eggs
- cup plain flour
- cup milk
- tsp salt
- red onion, sliced
- g butter
- pinch salt & pepper to taste

Step 1
To make the Yorkshire puddings – whisk the eggs, flour, milk and salt together until a smooth batter. Pass through a sieve and leave to rest for 1 hour -

Prepare the gravy as per pack instructions -

Pre heat the oven to 200c /180c fan -

Heat the Yorkshire pudding tray with veg oil until smoking hot -

Carefully add the batter and cook in the oven for 20/25 mins and keep warm -

Place the sausages on a baking tray with a little oil and bake in the oven at 200c / 180c fan for 15/20 mins -

Fry the onions in butter and season to taste -

Wrap the sausages and onions with the Yorkshire puddings and serve with hot gravy
