Signature Walnut Honey and Feta Pinwheel
Sweet, savoury, and perfectly flaky—our Walnut, Honey & Feta Pinwheel is a delicious twist on tradition. Creamy feta is crumbled and layered with crunchy toasted walnuts and a drizzle of golden honey, all rolled into delicate puff pastry and baked until golden and crisp. Each bite delivers a beautiful balance of textures and flavours: rich and nutty, subtly sweet, and delightfully tangy. Increase Portion Size
- Doughball Signature by country range sourdough doughball
- g Country Range Walnuts
- tbsp Country Range Honey
- g Country Range Grated Mozzarella
- g Feta cheese
- Slices Serrano ham
- g Witted spinach
- tbsp Olive oil

Step 1
Toast and rough chop the walnuts. -

Roll out the dough to a 12" x 8" rectangle -

Scatter the ingredients on top leaving 1/2 inch along the top long edge. Brush this edge with olive oil. -

Roll up your pin wheel from the bottom long edge to the top oiled edge. -

Cut into 4-5 'wheels' and brush with olive oil -

Bake at 200 degrees for 15-18 minutes. -
