Step 1Fully defrost the chicken breast then slice into strips.
Step 2Place splash of oil into a wok then add all the chicken and vegetables and cook until chicken reaches 72°C.
Step 3Add soy sauce and season.

- 10 g mange tout, finely chopped
- 10 g red, green and yellow peppers, finely chopped
- 10 g tenderstem broccoli
- 5 g water chestnuts
