Ingredients
9 Total- 200 g Country Range Potato Salad
- 20 ml Country Range Vegetable Oil
- 50 g Country Range Fancy Peas
- ½ tsp Country Range Dried Thyme
- 6 Country Range Free Range Medium Eggs, beaten
- 2 small onions
- ½ red pepper
- 3 cloves garlic clove
- 1 tsp salt

Step 1
Dice the onion and pepper. -

Peel and grate the garlic. -

Heat the oil in the pan. -

Add the onion and pepper and fry gently. -

Add the garlic and thyme and continue to cook until soft and light brown. -

Add the peas and stir. -

Add the potato salad and mix evenly. -

Add the 6 beaten eggs and stir until it becomes like soft scrambled egg. -

Finish in the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes until fully set. -

Cool and serve
