5 Total- 75 g Country Range Supreme Chicken and Bacon
- 2 slices Country Range Medium White Sliced Bread
- 25 g Country Range Grated Mild White Cheddar
- 1 Country Range Free Range Medium Egg yolk
- 1 spring onion, sliced

Step 1
Mix together the chicken and bacon with the grated cheese, egg yolk and sliced spring onion. -

Toast the bread lightly on both sides. -

Top the bread with the chicken mix and grill until golden brown. -

Step 4
Cut in half and serve with salad.
