11 Total- 75 g Country Range Supreme Coronation Chicken
- 1 pinch Country Range Ground Ginger
- 1 pinch Country Range Crushed Chillies
- 1 pinch Country Range Medium Madras Curry Powder
- 10 ml Country Range Olive-Pomace Oil
- 5 ml Country Range Lemon Juice
- 10 g white cabbage
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- 4 iceberg lettuce leaves

Step 1
Wash and prep the iceberg leaves. -

Shred the cabbage, carrot and red onion. -

Add the lemon juice, olive oil and spices and season with salt. -

Make the lettuce wrap by placing a spoonful of chicken mix in a lettuce leaf. -

Add the spiced slaw and a few coriander leaves.
