Step 3Slice your spring onions.
Step 4Finely shred the mange tout.
Step 5Peel and slice the avocado.
Step 6Wash and prep the Cos leaves.
Step 7Plate up the salad giving the Coronation Chicken prime place on the plate.
Step 8Garnish with a wedge of lime and a few herbs of your choice.
