Ingredients
8 Total- 50 g Country Range Supreme Coronation Chicken
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 6 asparagus spears
- 6 Cos heart leaves
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- ½ avocado
- 8 mange tout
- 1 lime wedge

Step 1
Blanch your asparagus for 3 minutes. -

Cut your cherry tomatoes in half. -

Slice your spring onions. -

Step 4
Finely shred the mange tout.

Peel and slice the avocado. -

Step 6
Wash and prep the Cos leaves. -

Step 7
Plate up the salad giving the Coronation Chicken prime place on the plate. -

Step 8
Garnish with a wedge of lime and a few herbs of your choice.
