Ingredients
11 Total- 1.5 kg Country Range North Atlantic Prawns
- 750 ml Country Range Real Mayonnaise
- 375 ml Crème Fraiche
- 2 Red Onions
- 2.5 tbsp Dried Dill
- 1 Lemon
- Salt and Pepper
- 15 Slices of Rye Bread
- 15 Large Romaine Lettuce Leaves
- 15 tbsp White Fish Roe (optional)
- Fresh Dill
Method

Step 1
Defrost prawns (if frozen), disregard and squeeze out excess water. -

Roughly cut the prawns -

Cut the red onion into small pieces -

Mix prawns, mayonnaise, crème fraiche, dried dill, red onion, lemon juice,(&optional white fish roe) until all mixed together. -

Season with salt and pepper to taste -
