Step 1Defrost prawns (if frozen), disregard and squeeze out excess water.
Step 2Roughly cut the prawns
Step 3Cut the red onion into small pieces
Step 4Mix prawns, mayonnaise, crème fraiche, dried dill, red onion, lemon juice,(&optional white fish roe) until all mixed together.
Step 5Season with salt and pepper to taste
Step 6The Skagen mix tastes best if resting overnight in the fridge.
