Toffee Crumble Apple Cheesecake

Increase Portion Size
- g Country Range Crumble Mix
- g Country Range Apple Pie Filling
- g golden caster sugar
- g toffee sauce
- ml double cream
- g cream cheese
- g icing sugar

Step 1
Pre heat the oven to 180c / 160c fan -

Place the crumble mix onto a parchment lined baking tray and sprinkle with the golden caster sugar -

Bake in the oven for 6 mins then stir the crumble mix and continue to cook for a further 6 mins until it is all evenly cooked and golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool -

Mix together the cream cheese, double cream and icing sugar until smooth, thick and creamy -

To assemble the dessert – spoon a layer of crumble mix, then cream cheese mix, followed by apple pie filling then caramel sauce. Finish with a little more crumble mix and a dust of icing sugar. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or some warm custard
