Turkish Minced Lamb

  • 2  tsp Country Range Cumin
  • 1  tsp Country Range Ground Corriander
  • 1  tsp Country Range Smoked Paprika
  • 200 g Country Range Chopped Tomatoes
  • 200 g Minced Lamb
  • 50 ml Vegetable Oil
  • 1  diced onion
  • 3  minced cloves of garlic
  • 1  tbsp chopped corriander
  • 1  season salt & pepper

Keema Mince

  • 1

    Step 1

    Fry the onions, garlic and lamb mince in the veg oil until brown
  • 2

    Step 2

    Add the spices and continue to fry for 2 mins
  • 3

    Step 3

    Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for 30 mins
  • 4

    Step 4

    Add the chopped coriander and season to taste
