Dunns Food and Drink have a range of ordering options to suit your needs and convenience.
Telesales:
Our Telesales team is available to service all your food and drinks requirements from Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm. Please note, our cut-off time for drinks orders is 3pm (food can be ordered up until 10pm), the day before your agreed delivery day.
Online Ordering:
Place your order at your own convenience using our Coldweb online ordering platform that you can access through this site. Contact us if you have not yet received your password.
App:
Dunns have a dedicated ordering App. Download Coldweb from the Apple AppStore or the Google Play store today. Your first time authentication code is DUNNS, after which you will be able to log-in using your online ordering info. Please contact us if you do not currently know your details.
24 hour answering service:
Outside of the above Telesales hours, you can leave a message on the Dunns 24 hour answering service on 01698 727777 or via orders@dunnsfoodanddrinks.co.uk
Alternatively, we can phone to take your order at an agreed day and time within our Telesales hours, set by you. Contact your local representative to arrange.

When you require the more personal touch, the Territory Sales Manager for your area will be more than happy to work with you and offer you expert advice on your food and drinks selection.

Dunns Food and Drink large fleet of vehicles offers a reliable food delivery service across Scotland. They deliver from 6am on a 6 days a week basis, with the exception of Sundays.
Their licensed portfolio is delivered on separate dedicated drinks trucks which deliver Tuesday – Saturday every week, unless otherwise arranged by you.

Deliveries made out-side of the company’s normal cycle and/or out-with our fleet may be subject to carriage or postal costs.
