Houmous, Char-Grilled Tender Stem Broccoli with Almonds and Lemon Dressing

6 Total- 100 g Country Range Houmous
- 20 g Country Range Flaked Almonds, toasted
- 25 ml Country Range Olive-Pomace Oil
- 200 g tender stem broccoli
- 1 lemon
- 1 pinch Country Range Smoked Paprika

Step 1
Char-grill the tender stem broccoli and season with salt. -

On a nice serving plate, spread a mound of houmous. -

Place the broccoli on top. -

Dress with olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest and a pinch of smoked paprika. -

Top with toasted flaked almonds.
