Increase Portion Size
- tsp Country Range Dijon Mustard
- pinch Country Range Chilli flakes
- handful Country Range Jalapenos
- Fillets of smoked mackrel
- g Finley chopped shallot
- Lemon juice and zest
- tsp Chopped dill
- tsp Chopped chives
- g Greek yoghurt
- handful Baby gem leaves
- slice Toasted bread
- tbsp cornichons
- Thinly sliced red onions dressed with lemon juice

Step 1
Place the finely diced shallot, lemon juice, Greek yoghurt in a bowl and add the flaked smoked mackerel. -

Fold together and then add the dill, chives and a pinch of chilli flakes. -

Season to taste and serve with toast, cornichons, jalapenos, lettuce and finely sliced red onions
