Smoked Mackerel Pate

Ingredients

Increase Portion Size

  •   tsp Country Range Dijon Mustard
  •   pinch Country Range Chilli flakes
  •   handful Country Range Jalapenos
  •   Fillets of smoked mackrel
  • g Finley chopped shallot
  •   Lemon juice and zest
  •   tsp Chopped dill
  •   tsp Chopped chives
  • g Greek yoghurt
  •   handful Baby gem leaves
  •   slice Toasted bread
  •   tbsp cornichons
  •   Thinly sliced red onions dressed with lemon juice

    Step 1

    Place the finely diced shallot, lemon juice, Greek yoghurt in a bowl and add the flaked smoked mackerel.

    Step 2

    Fold together and then add the dill, chives and a pinch of chilli flakes.

    Step 3

    Season to taste and serve with toast, cornichons, jalapenos, lettuce and finely sliced red onions
