Increase Portion Size
- g Country Range Chick Peas
- tbsp Country Range Curry Powder
- ml Vegetable Oil
- Diced onion
- Bay leaf
- Cinnamon stick
- Cardamon pods
- tbsp Garam masala
- Crushed garlic, cloves
- tbsp Grated ginger
- g Chopped tomatoes
- tbsp Chopped coriander
- Halved cherry tomatoes
- Sliced red chilli
- Small head of cauliflower cut into small florettes
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Fry the onions, spices, garlic and ginger in oil until soft. Add a splash of water if the spices start to catch on the bottom -

Step 2
Add the halved cherry tomatoes and continue to gently fry until the tomatoes start to soften -

Step 3
Add the chopped tomatoes, cauliflower, chick peas and chick pea water and simmer for 10 mins until the cauliflower is tender. -

Step 4
Finish with sliced red chillies, chopped coriander and season to taste
