Creamy Tarragon Chicken

Ingredients

Increase Portion Size

  •   Country Range Chicken Breasts
  •   tbsp Country Range Dried Tarragon
  • g butter
  •   Finely diced shallot
  • ml White Wine
  • ml Vegetable Oil
  • ml Double cream
  •   pinch Salt and pepper to taste

    Step 1

    Brush the chicken with oil and season with salt and pepper and bake in a pre heated oven for 16 mins at 180c fan
  • 2

    Step 2

    In a sauce pan sweat the diced shallot until soft and add the tarragon
  • 3

    Step 3

    Add the white wine and reduce by half
  • 4

    Step 4

    Add all of the meat juices from the chicken tray and then add the double cream
  • 5

    Step 5

    Simmer until the sauce thickens then pour over the warm chicken
  • 6

    Step 6

    Serve with country range dauphinoise potatoes and green beans
