- g Turkish minced lamb
- g Crumbled Feta cheese
- tsp Chopped coriander
- tsp Torn mint leaves
- Thinly sliced green chillis
- Halved cherry tomatoes
- Thinly sliced red onion

Step 1
Fry the onions, garlic and lamb mince in the veg oil until brown -

Add the spices and continue to fry for 2 mins -

Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for 30 mins -

Add the chopped coriander and season to taste
Pide Flat Bread

Step 1
Defrost the dough ball and allow to prove for 1 hour -

Roll the dough to 40cm x 15cm oval and top with the cold lamb mince mix -

Top with crumbled feta, cherry tomatoes and sliced red onions -

Pre heat the oven to 260c and place a baking tray inside to get hot -

Carefully Place the flat bread onto the hot tray and cook for 4/5 mins until golden and piping hot -

Garnish with sliced chills, mint and chopped coriander. serve with salads
