  •   tsp Country Range Cumin
  •   tsp Country Range Ground Corriander
  •   tsp Country Range Smoked Paprika
  • g Country Range Chopped Tomatoes
  • g Minced Lamb
  • ml Vegetable Oil
  •   diced onion
  •   minced cloves of garlic
  •   tbsp chopped corriander
  •   season salt & pepper

Pide Flat Bread

  •   Country Range Doughball
  • g Turkish minced lamb
  • g Crumbled Feta cheese
  •   tsp Chopped coriander
  •   tsp Torn mint leaves
  •   Thinly sliced green chillis
  •   Halved cherry tomatoes
  •   Thinly sliced red onion

Keema Mince

  • 1

    Step 1

    Fry the onions, garlic and lamb mince in the veg oil until brown
  • 2

    Step 2

    Add the spices and continue to fry for 2 mins
  • 3

    Step 3

    Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for 30 mins
  • 4

    Step 4

    Add the chopped coriander and season to taste

Pide Flat Bread

  • 1

    Step 1

    Defrost the dough ball and allow to prove for 1 hour
  • 2

    Step 2

    Roll the dough to 40cm x 15cm oval and top with the cold lamb mince mix
  • 3

    Step 3

    Top with crumbled feta, cherry tomatoes and sliced red onions
  • 4

    Step 4

    Pre heat the oven to 260c and place a baking tray inside to get hot
  • 5

    Step 5

    Carefully Place the flat bread onto the hot tray and cook for 4/5 mins until golden and piping hot
  • 6

    Step 6

    Garnish with sliced chills, mint and chopped coriander. serve with salads
