  • 500 g Country Range Suet Mix
  • 2  tsp Country Range Mixed Herbs
  • 250 ml water
  • 1  tsp salt

    Step 1

    Carefully bring together the suet mix, water, salt and herbs to form a dough and let it rest in the fridge for 30 mins
  • 2

    Step 2

    Cut the pastry into 2 pieces of 2/3 and 1/3 of the mix, then roll out to 1cm thick.

    Step 3

    Line a buttered pudding bowl with the largest piece and keep the other past for the lid
