Cook from frozen. To oven cook: Preheat oven to 200°C/ 180°C Fan/ Gas Mark 6. Place product on a baking tray and cook for 18-20 minutes. Deep fry: Preheat oil to 180°C. Place product in the oil and fry for 2-3 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may still remain.
