fortified WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium, niacin, iron, folic acid, thiamin), vegetable oils (palm, sunflower), raising agents (calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), whey powder (MILK), whole EGG powder (free range)

Place required amount of mix and water (see table below) into a mixing bowl fitted with beater attachment and blend to a dough on slow speed. As soon as a dough is obtained, switch off. DO NOT OVER MIX. STEAMING INSTRUCTIONS Follow mixing instructions given above. Roll dough out to 3mm thickness and use as required.
