Cooking Instructions

For 5 portions, mix 60g of soup mix with 250ml of cold water to form a smooth paste. Add 583ml of cold water and bring to the boil. Cover pan and simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Whole tub (approx 188 portions) use 31 litres of cold water.
