5 Bean Seasonal Salad

Increase Portion Size
- Head of baby gem
- ml olive oil
- lemon juice
- g Country Range 5 Bean Salad
- red onion finley sliced
- spring onion sliced
- g green beans
- cherry tomatoes
- g cucumber diced
- tbsp mint
- tbsp parsley
- salt & pepper to taste

Step 1
To make the salad – mix together the drained 5 beans, finely sliced red onion, qtr’d cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, sliced cooked green beans, lemon juice and 50ml of olive oil -

Add the herbs and season to taste with salt and pepper -

Arrange the lettuce leaves around the edge of a bowl and fill the centre with the salad
