Apple Brulee Crumble Pot
Layers of fruit, custard, crumble topping and caramelised sugar.

Ingredients
Increase Portion Size
- g Country Range Apple Filling
- g Country Range Crumble mix
- ml Country Range Ready to Serve Custard
- g Soft brown sugar

Step 1
Preheat the oven to180c fan -

Bake the crumble mix until golden and keep warm -

Step 3
Warm the apple filling and place into a suitable serving container -

Top with the crumble mix -

Step 5
Cover the crumble with hot custard and sprinkle with soft brown sugar -

Step 6
Brulee the top with a blow torch or caramelise under a hot grill
