Basil Marinade
- tbsp Country Range Dried Basil
- Crushed Cloves garlic
- ml Pomace oil
- tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- Lamb Chops
Basil Relish
- tsp Country Range Dried Basil
- Clove crushed garlic
- ml Pomace oil
- tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- Finley chopped shallot

Step 1
Add all of the marinade ingredients into a large bowl and add the lamb chops. Coat well and leave to marinade for 2 hours. Season with salt and pepper and grill on each side for 3/4 mins until still pink. Allow to rest and serve with freshly torn basil and some basil relish -

For the Basil Relish - Place all of the relish ingredients into a bowl and serve with the lamb chops
