Bechamel and Mushroom Pizza
Pizza with bechamel as the sauce instead of a tomato base.

Ingredients
Increase Portion Size
- Country Range Dough Ball
- ml Country Range Bechamel Sauce
- tsp Country Range Mixed Herbs
- g Sliced mushrooms
- g Grated mozzarella
- Salt and pepper

Step 1
Pre heat the oven to 260c or as hot as it will go -

Step 2
Defrost the doughball and allow to prove until double its size -

Make the bechamel sauce as per pack instructions and cool -

Step 4
Roll out the dough in a little flour until the correct pizza size and place on a non stick tray -

Step 5
Spread the bechamel onto the dough, leaving a 2cm edge -

Step 6
Top with the mozzarella, sliced mushrooms and dried mixed herbs -

Step 7
Bake in the oven until golden and season to taste
