Bechamel and Mushroom Pizza

Pizza with bechamel as the sauce instead of a tomato base.

Ingredients

Increase Portion Size

  •   Country Range Dough Ball
  • ml Country Range Bechamel Sauce
  •   tsp Country Range Mixed Herbs
  • g Sliced mushrooms
  • g Grated mozzarella
  •   Salt and pepper

    Step 1

    Pre heat the oven to 260c or as hot as it will go
  • 2

    Step 2

    Defrost the doughball and allow to prove until double its size
  • 3

    Step 3

    Make the bechamel sauce as per pack instructions and cool
  • 4

    Step 4

    Roll out the dough in a little flour until the correct pizza size and place on a non stick tray
  • 5

    Step 5

    Spread the bechamel onto the dough, leaving a 2cm edge
  • 6

    Step 6

    Top with the mozzarella, sliced mushrooms and dried mixed herbs
  • 7

    Step 7

    Bake in the oven until golden and season to taste
