Butternut Squash Hummus
Try our simple recipe for a butternut squash hummus using Country Range Chick Peas in Water and roasted butternut squash to create an exciting spin on a classic hummus.
Step 1Add all the ingredients to a blender.
Step 2Pulse until the desired consistency.
Step 3Serve with a drizzle of oil, a few pieces of squash and a little ground cumin.
- 400 g Country Range Chick Peas in Water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp Country Range Ground Cumin
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 clove of garlic (crushed)
- 3 tbsp Country Range Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 400 g roast butternut squash
