  • 400 g Country Range Chick Peas in Water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp Country Range Ground Cumin
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 clove of garlic (crushed)
  • 3 tbsp Country Range Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 400 g roast butternut squash

Method

    Step 1

    Add all the ingredients to a blender.

    Pulse until the desired consistency.

    Serve with a drizzle of oil, a few pieces of squash and a little ground cumin.
