Cherry and Chocolate Brulee Crumble Pot
Layers of fruit, custard, crumble topping and caramelised sugar

Increase Portion Size
- g Country Range Cherry Fruit Filling
- g Country Range Crumble Mix
- ml Country Range Ready to Serve Custard
- g Dark chocolate
- g Soft brown sugar

Step 1
Preheat the oven to180c fan -

Bake the crumble mix until golden and keep warm -

Warm the cherry pie filling and place into a suitable serving container -

Warm the custard and chocolate together until the chocolate has melted and you have a chocolate custard -

Top the cherry filling with the crumble mix -

Step 6
Cover the crumble with hot chocolate custard and sprinkle with soft brown sugar -

Brulee the top with a blow torch or caramelise under a hot grill
