Cherry and Chocolate Puff Pastry Twists
These Cherry and Chocolate Puff Pastry Twists are a quick and elegant sweet treat, combining flaky, buttery pastry with a rich chocolate and fruity cherry filling. The pastry is layered, twisted, and baked until golden, creating a crisp exterior with a soft, indulgent centre.
Simple to prepare yet visually impressive, they’re perfect for desserts, snacks, or sharing platters, delivering a balance of sweetness and texture in every bite.

Ingredients
Increase Portion Size
- g Country Range Puff Pastry
- g Country Range Cherry Pie Filling
- g grated dark chocolate
- beaten egg yolk
- g golden caster sugar
- sprinkle icing sugar

Step 1
Pre heat the oven to 200c / 180c fan -

Roll out the puff pastry to an even thickness A4 sized rectangle -

Chop your cherry pie filling to evenly distribute the cherries and spread over half of the puff pastry -

Sprinkle grated chocolate over the cherry filling and fold over the puff pastry -

Cut four even sized strips and twist each end to form the shape -

Place onto a parchment lined baking tray -

Brush with egg, sprinkle with golden caster and bake in the oven for 16/18 mins or until golden brown -

Dust with icing sugar and serve warm with vanilla ice cream of Greek yoghurt
