Ingredients
10 Total- 400 g Drained Chick Peas
- 4 Sliced Spring Onion
- 2 Clove Garlic, crushed
- 0.5 tsp Crushed Cumin Seeds
- 0.5 tsp Crushed Coriander Seeds
- 0.5 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 0.5 tsp Mixed Herbs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
- 1 Beaten Egg

Step 1
To make the Chick Pea Balls place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the mix comes together. You can shape the mix into even sized balls without them falling apart. -

Step 2
Deep fry the chick pea balls for 2 mins and then carefully keep to one side -

Heat up your tomato and basil ready to use sauce and then place the chick pea balls in to warm up -

Serve with cooked spaghetti some grated cheese
