Increase Portion Size
- Country Range Chicken Breasts
- tbsp Country Range Smoked Paprika
- Country Range Tortilla Wraps
- g Country Range Grated Cheddar Cheese
- Crushed cloves of garlic
- ml Vegetable oil
- Sliced onion
- Sliced red pepper
- limes
- Red chillies
- Diced avocado
- tbsp Chopped coriander

Step 1
Dice the chicken breasts and marinate in the oil, paprika and garlic -

Step 2
Gently fry until golden and then add the pepper and onion and continue to cook until the onions and peppers start to soften -

Cut 4 small disks out of the tortilla with a saucer then place onto a baking tray -

Top each cut tortilla disk with the chicken mix and then sprinkle with cheese and fold to form crescent shaped tacos -

Bake in a pre heated oven at 200 for 5 mins to melt the cheese -

Step 6
Garnish with diced avocado, slices of red chilli and chopped coriander, finally squeeze some fresh lime and serve
