8 Total- 75 g Country Range Marinated Chicken Tikka
- ½ avocado, diced
- 4 Cos heart leaves
- 6 cherry tomatoes, diced
- ½ red onion, diced
- ½ tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 pinch Nigella seeds
- ¼ lime

Step 1
Dice the avocado, onion, tomato and season with salt. -

Add the chopped coriander and a squeeze of lime juice. -

Clean the Cos leaves. -

Place 25g of chicken tikka on the lettuce, add the avocado mix and dress with a few Nigella seeds.
