Chicken Wing Roulette

- Country Range Steam Cooked Chicken Wings
- tbsp Country Range Cajun Seasoning
- tsp Country Range Ground Cumin
- tsp Country Range Garlic Powder
- tsp Country Range Crushed Pepper
- tbsp Country Range Pure Honey
- portion Country Range Piri Piri Sauce
- portion Country Range Katsu Sauce
- portion Country Range Madras Sauce
- portion Country Range Sticky BBQ Sauce
- portion Country Range Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
- portion Country Range Ranch Dressing
- pinch Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Marinate the chicken wings in all of the spices for 30 mins then place the wings on a oven tray -

Bake in the oven at 200c / 180c fan for 5 mins. -

Turn the chicken wings and drizzle with the honey and continue to cook for 5 mins -

Turn the chicken once more and cook for a further 5 mins until sticky and golden -

Place in the centre of a platter and place all the sauces around the edge to dip
