Ingredients

Increase Portion Size

  •   Country Range oat, lemon and raisin cookie pucks
  • g Dark chocolate

    Step 1

    Pre het the oven to 200c / 180c
  • 2

    Step 2

    Bake the cookies for 8/10 mins and allow to cool
  • 3

    Step 3

    Break up the cookies into chunks
  • 4

    Step 4

    Melt the chocolate in a baine marie and dip the chunks one by one into the melted chocolate and place on a sheet of parchment paper. Sprinkle a few cookie crumbs onto of the chocolate chunks and allow to cool so the chocolate sets. Serve with a ball of ice cream
