- g Country Range Chocolate Delight Mix
- g Country Range Frozen Summer Berries
- g Whipped cream
- g Icing sugar
- g Chocolate brownie or chocolate sponge
- g Milk chocolate

Step 1
Make the chocolate delight as per pack instructions. -

Whip the cream and put to one side. -

Step 3
Defrost the summer berries and mix with the icing sugar. -

Step 4
Dice some ready-made chocolate brownie or chocolate sponge. -

Step 5
Layer the chocolate delight, fruit, whipped cream and chocolate brownie. -

Step 6
Finish with some milk chocolate shavings.
