- small scoops Signature by Country Range Chocolate Dairy Ice Cream
- ml Country Range Maple Syrup
- ml vodka
- ml Kahlua coffee liqueur
- ml espresso
- handful ice

Step 1
Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vodka, coffee liqueur, maple syrup and espresso. Place the lid on top and shake vigorously for 30 seconds -

Step 2
Place 2 small scoops of chocolate ice cream into each martini glass and pour over your martini -

Step 3
Garnish with a little grated chocolate or a drizzle of chocolate sauce
