Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 175 g Country Range Dark Chocolate Drops
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 75 ml Double Cream
  • 1  Egg (separated)
  • 25 g Caster sugar

    Step 1

    Whisk the egg yolk with the caster sugar until thick and pale
  • 2

    Step 2

    Bring the milk and cream to the boil and add to the egg yolk mix
  • 3

    Step 3

    Add the chocolate until it starts to look thick and glossy
  • 4

    Step 4

    Whisk the egg whites until soft peaks and carefully fold into the chocolate mix
  • 5

    Step 5

    Pipe into your glasses and cool in the fridge for 2 hours
