Increase Portion Size
- g Country Range Dark Chocolate Drops
- ml Milk
- ml Double Cream
- Egg (separated)
- g Caster sugar

Step 1
Whisk the egg yolk with the caster sugar until thick and pale -

Step 2
Bring the milk and cream to the boil and add to the egg yolk mix -

Step 3
Add the chocolate until it starts to look thick and glossy -

Step 4
Whisk the egg whites until soft peaks and carefully fold into the chocolate mix -

Step 5
Pipe into your glasses and cool in the fridge for 2 hours
