Ingredients
3 Total- 50 g Country Range Egg Mayonnaise
- 1 cucumber
- 8 dill sprigs

Step 1
Peel 4 strips out of the cucumber so it looks striped. -

Step 2
Cut the ends off and cut into 8 even sized rounds. -

Step 3
With a melon baller scoop out a section of the top of each cu-cumber. -

Step 4
Fill the hole with a spoonful of egg mayonnaise mix. -

Step 5
Top with a sprig of dill and any other garnishes of your choice.
