Step 1Peel 4 strips out of the cucumber so it looks striped.
Step 2Cut the ends off and cut into 8 even sized rounds.
Step 3With a melon baller scoop out a section of the top of each cu-cumber.
Step 4Fill the hole with a spoonful of egg mayonnaise mix.
Step 5Top with a sprig of dill and any other garnishes of your choice.

- 1 cucumber
- 8 dill sprigs
