- g Country Range Raisins
- g Pistachios
- g Hazelnuts
- g Light Brown Sugar
- g Salted butter
- g Tin condensed milk

Step 1
Melt the sugar, butter and condensed milk slowly in a pan making sure it doesn’t stick on the bottom until it simmers -

Step 2
Once it hits 100c stop stirring and continue to cook until 115c -

Step 3
Remove from the heat, add the fruit and nuts and then pour into a lined brownie tin -

Step 4
Once cooled. Cut into pieces
