Hot Honey Pigs in Blankets
A bold twist on a much-loved classic, these Hot Honey Pigs in Blankets combine savoury comfort with a touch of sweet heat. Juicy sausages wrapped in crispy bacon are baked until golden and irresistible, then finished with a sticky hot honey glaze that adds a delicious balance of sweetness and gentle spice. The contrast between the smoky bacon, succulent sausage and glossy honey drizzle creates a flavour-packed bite that’s perfect for sharing.

Increase Portion Size
- Country Range Pigs in Blankets
- g Country Range Honey
- tsp Country Range Crushed Chillies
- crushed clove garlic
- sliced fresh chillies

Step 1
Pre heat the oven to 200c / 180c fan -

To make the hot honey – warm the honey and add the chilli flakes and crushed garlic and keep to one side -

Cook the pigs in blankets for 6 mins, drizzle with some of the hot honey and cook for a further 4 mins -

Serve and drizzle with more hot honey and garnish with sliced chillies
