Conventional Oven (Fan-Assisted or Static): Preheat oven to 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6. Place pigs in blankets on a baking tray in a single layer. Cook for 25–30 minutes until golden brown, the sausage is fully cooked, and the bacon is crisp. Check that the core temperature reaches 75°C (or holds at 70°C for 2 minutes).
