Increase Portion Size
- tbsp Country Range Curry Powder
- g Vegetable peelings and off cuts like carrot, parsnips, onion, celery, spring onion, leek, courgette
- g Gram flour
- tsp Ground fenugreek seeds
- tsp salt
- ml Sparkling water or soda water

Step 1
Mix everything together making sure the vegetable is coated in the batter -

Step 2
Carefully drop a few spoon fulls of mix into the fryer set at 180c and fry for 2/3 mins until golden -

Step 3
Repeat until all the mix is used and serve with a minted yoghurt
