6 Total- 30 g Country Range Luxury Coleslaw
- 2 slices Country Range Traditional Wiltshire Gammon
- 15 g Country Range Salted Butter
- 2 slices bloomer bread
- 6 slices cucumber
- 15 g salad leaves of your choice

Step 1
Butter 2 slices of bloomer. -

On the bottom slice add your salad. -

Top with gammon ham. -

Add the coleslaw, then the slices of cucumber. -

Step 5
Top with the other slice of bloomer bread, butter side down. -

Step 6
Cut in half and serve.
