Step 1Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Cook the macaroni until soft/al dente.
Step 2Make up the béchamel sauce to pack instructions. Stir in the wholegrain mustard.
Step 3Mix the pasta into the sauce and transfer to an ovenproof dish.
Step 4Top with grated cheddar and bake for 20 minutes until golden.

- 300 ml cold water
- 1 tbsp Country Range Wholegrain Mustard
