Signature Currywurst

Increase Portion Size
- Signature by Country Range Pork Sausages
- g Signature by Country Range 10mm Skin on Fries
- g Country Range Katsu Sauce
- Country Range Mini Gherkins
- ml vegetable oil
- g crispy onions
- small bunch of dill

Step 1
Place the sausages on a baking tray with a little oil and bake in the oven at 200c / 180c fan for 15/20 mins -

Warm some katsu curry sauce and keep warm -

Serve the sausages with skin on fries, mini gherkins and dress with katsu sauce -

Finish by garnishing with crispy onions and picked dill
