Signature Jam filled Doughnuts with Custard

Ingredients

Increase Portion Size

  •   Signature by Country Range Doughballs
  • g Country Range Raspberry Jam
  • ml Country Range RTS Custard
  •   tbsp Cinnamon
  • g Caster Sugar
  •   tsp vanilla essence

    Step 1

    Defrost the dough ball and allow to prove for 1 hour
  • 2

    Step 2

    Cut each dough ball into 6 and re roll into small balls and prove for another 1 hour
  • 3

    Step 3

    Fry each dough ball in the fryer and keep turning in the hot oil until golden, light and fluffy
  • 4

    Step 4

    Mix together the cinnamon and sugar and roll each hot dough ball in the sugar mix
  • 5

    Step 5

    Carefully cut a slit in the doughnut and pipe some raspberry jam inside
  • 6

    Step 6

    Mix together the readymade custard with the vanilla and served with the jam filled doughnuts.
