Increase Portion Size
- g Signature by Country Range North Atlantic Prawns
- tsp Country Range Chinese Five Spice
- ml Country Range Sweet Chilli Sauce
- salad mix
- spring onions, sliced
- g mange tout, sliced
- small bunch coriander
- g cucumber cut into thin matchsticks
- finely sliced red chilli
- tsp chopped coriander
- tsp sesame seeds
- Vietnamese rice spring roll wrappers
- Season to taste with salt and pepper

Step 1
Defrost the prawns and mix with 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce -

Place the spring roll wrappers, one by one into hot water for 20 seconds to soften -

Fill each spring roll wrapper with prawns and some of the salad mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper and wrap to form spring rolls -

Step 4
Repeat the process and serve the spring rolls with sweet chilli dipping sauce and a sprinkle of sesame seeds
