Ingredients

Increase Portion Size

  •   tsp Country Range Smoked Paprika
  • g Country Range Dijon Mustard
  • ml Vegetable oil
  • g Pasturised Egg yolk
  • g White wine vinegar
  • g Crushed clove of garlic
  • g Salt and pepper

    Step 1

    Place the egg yolk, white wine vinegar, mustard, garlic and smoked paprika in a food processor and place on high speed
  • 2

    Step 2

    Add the oil slowly until it is fully incorporated and you have a smooth thick emulsion
  • 3

    Step 3

    Season to taste
